Draft privacy notice for the ATLY preview. The operator identity, privacy contact and server-record retention details have not yet been finalized.
This notice describes information used by the ATLY website, the choices available in your browser and the separate role of wallet and blockchain services. It distinguishes visiting the website from authorizing connected crypto operations.
1. Information used to deliver the website
When you open a page, your browser sends technical information needed to request and receive it. This can include an IP address, requested URL, browser information, referring page information and request time. The web server and delivery infrastructure process this information to serve content and respond to operational or security issues.
The current landing page does not include advertising pixels, third-party behavioral analytics or a marketing subscription form. It does not ask for your name, email address, recovery phrase or private key.
2. Browser preferences
The website stores your selected language in your browser's local storage under atly.language. This allows the interface to retain your manual language choice when you return. It is a preference stored on your device, not a blockchain permission.
You can remove this preference through your browser's site-data settings. Clearing it returns the website to its default language. Blocking local storage may prevent preference persistence, but should not prevent you from reading the landing page.
The selected task is stored for this browser tab in session storage under atly.usecase. A start request whose result is not yet confirmed can also leave technical references under atly.pending-start.v2, including its request key, wallet identifier and review or authorization identifiers. These references help check the original request instead of creating a duplicate. They are not private keys or wallet recovery credentials.
Your choice in the Terms and Privacy panel is saved locally under atly.documents.choice with the document versions, acceptance or dismissal, draft status and time. This records a choice about the current preview documents; it does not authorize wallet operations or accept a later agreement. You can review the choice from the footer or clear it through browser site-data settings. The session preference atly.intro.v6 prevents the short introduction from repeating in the same browser tab.
3. Wallet information and connection
A wallet connection can make a public wallet address and selected network available to the application. A public address may be associated with transaction history and balances visible on a blockchain. Although an address does not necessarily include your name, it can still identify or relate to a person.
Wallet software and connection providers process information under their own notices. Review the provider and the permissions shown when connecting. Do not enter a recovery phrase or private key into the ATLY website. Connecting a wallet is separate from approving a transaction or a token allowance.
4. Strategy settings and activity
A connected automation feature needs the strategy settings you submit, such as selected assets, conditions and limits, to apply your instructions. Activity records and permission status help display what an enabled Agent has done and what it is authorized to do.
Include only information needed to describe your strategy in a natural-language instruction. Do not include passwords, wallet recovery credentials or unrelated personal information. Review a generated configuration before authorizing it.
5. Delivery infrastructure and external services
The website uses hosting infrastructure. Depending on the site address, content delivery can also pass through Cloudflare. These providers can process technical request information to deliver content, cache resources and protect infrastructure. This is separate from authorization to trade.
A blockchain, wallet or protocol selected by you may disclose information publicly or process it through its own infrastructure. Its privacy practices are governed by the relevant provider. A logo on ATLY indicates compatibility, not a shared privacy policy or a corporate partnership.
6. Public blockchain records
Blockchain transactions and related addresses are generally public and may be copied, indexed or analyzed by independent parties. Transaction history can remain available after you disconnect a wallet or stop using ATLY.
ATLY cannot edit or delete records on a public blockchain. Removing browser data, closing an interface or revoking an allowance does not erase past transactions. Consider this visibility before authorizing an on-chain action.
7. Security and access
The website limits its external resources and uses browser security controls to reduce exposure to common web attacks. These measures do not guarantee protection from every incident. Security also depends on your device, browser, wallet software and the permissions you approve.
Keep your wallet software and browser current. Protect signing devices and verify the site address and wallet requests. ATLY does not need access to the recovery phrase or private keys that give control of a wallet.
8. Your choices
You can visit the landing page without connecting a wallet. You can change or clear the stored language preference using the language menu or browser site-data settings. Separate wallet permissions can be reviewed through the relevant wallet or blockchain tools.
Disconnecting a wallet ends the relevant connection but does not necessarily revoke on-chain approvals, terminate an active strategy or delete information recorded on a blockchain. Use the appropriate pause and revocation controls and verify their results.
9. Storage and retention
The language preference remains in browser storage until it is cleared or replaced by a later language choice. Public blockchain records follow the storage rules of the relevant network and are not controlled by ATLY.
Server-side service and security records are separate from local browser preferences. Their collection and retention must be assessed for the specific service and infrastructure in use. No promise to delete a public blockchain record is made by this notice.
Session-storage references normally last for the browser tab's session and may be restored by a browser's session-recovery feature. Clearing these references does not cancel an operation already submitted. Verify the service and blockchain status before creating a replacement request.
The document choice remains on this device until replaced or cleared. A changed document version prompts a new choice. This preview does not send this choice to a server.
10. Changes to this notice
The information needed for a feature can change when a new service, provider or data-processing purpose is introduced. This notice should be updated to describe those changes before the affected processing begins.
A separate provider's notice may change independently. Review the current information presented by your wallet, connection provider and chosen protocol before using their services.
