Draft terms for the ATLY preview. The service operator, applicable law and legal contact have not yet been finalized.
These terms describe the conditions for using the ATLY website and its crypto automation interface. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure before using a connected strategy.
1. What ATLY provides
ATLY provides an interface for selecting and configuring supported crypto strategies. Depending on the network and enabled features, these may include trading, arbitrage, recurring purchases, portfolio rebalancing, DeFi and staking. Availability depends on the selected network, assets, protocols and wallet.
Strategy descriptions and interface examples explain how settings work. Example balances, allocation amounts and activity entries are not statements about your account or forecasts of returns. The interface must confirm the status of your own Agent before you rely on it.
2. Your use of the service
Use ATLY only where you are legally permitted to use the relevant service and have legal capacity to accept these terms. You are responsible for understanding restrictions that apply to you, the assets you use and the protocols with which you interact.
Provide accurate configuration information and use only wallets and assets you are authorized to control. Do not use the service to infringe another person's rights or evade restrictions applicable to your activity.
3. Wallet connection and permissions
You retain responsibility for your non-custodial wallet, its recovery phrase, private keys and signing devices. ATLY does not need your recovery phrase or private keys. Keep them private and verify requests in your wallet before approving them.
Connecting a wallet, signing in and granting permission for an operation are separate actions. A wallet connection alone does not authorize trading. Review the network, assets, amounts, contracts and duration covered by a requested authorization. The Agent operates within the permissions and limits configured for its enabled features; external withdrawals are not part of those permissions.
4. Strategy configuration and activation
You select the strategy, assets, conditions and limits. Review any configuration suggested from a natural-language instruction before activation: an AI system can misunderstand an instruction or produce unsuitable settings.
Confirm that a configuration has been saved and that activation has succeeded. A submitted request or pending transaction is not confirmation that an Agent is active. You remain responsible for monitoring your settings, positions, permissions and transaction history.
5. Pause, disconnect and revoke
Pausing an Agent stops new automated activity after the pause is confirmed. It does not reverse completed transactions or necessarily cancel transactions already submitted. Existing positions, staking lockups and obligations under third-party protocols may continue.
Disconnecting your wallet does not revoke on-chain approvals. Review Permissions and complete any required wallet confirmations to revoke supported authorizations. Revocation may require network fees and confirmation time. Check remaining permissions and open positions when you stop using a strategy.
6. Beta access and costs
ATLY is free to use during the beta testing period. Network, exchange, protocol and other third-party transaction charges may still apply. Such charges can be incurred even if a transaction fails and can affect the result of a strategy.
Features, supported integrations and beta availability may change as testing progresses. Any later ATLY service charge must be disclosed before it applies to a new paid use; the free beta statement is not a promise that every future service will remain free.
7. No guaranteed outcome
ATLY does not guarantee trading returns, prevent all losses or determine whether a strategy is suitable for your circumstances. Presets, automated rules and AI-generated configurations are tools for implementing instructions, not personalized financial advice.
Market volatility, execution costs, outages, software errors, protocol failures and other risks can cause loss. Read the Risk Disclosure. An allocation or transaction limit is not a guarantee of a maximum financial loss.
8. Third-party services
Wallet software, wallet connection services, blockchain networks and protocols operate independently of ATLY. Their terms, technical conditions and fees apply to the parts of a transaction they provide. Displaying a compatible wallet or network does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
ATLY cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction or override a third-party protocol's withdrawal rules. Interruptions or changes in a third-party service may limit monitoring, execution or access to a strategy.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another user's account, interfere with the website, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, submit malicious code or overwhelm the service with automated requests. Do not misrepresent your identity or ATLY's identity to other users.
Access to an affected feature may be restricted where necessary to address abuse, a security incident or a legal requirement. Restrictions on the interface do not themselves reverse blockchain transactions or revoke permissions already granted.
10. Changes and mandatory rights
Review the applicable terms when using a changed feature or enabling a new integration. Material changes to how an enabled service operates should be presented before you authorize the affected use.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not create a guarantee of availability, execution speed or investment results.
