How does ATLY AI work?

Atly AI

ATLY AI Agent is an AI agent for automating crypto tasks.

It can help with:

  • Trading — entry and exit conditions, position sizing and risk limits.
  • Arbitrage — cross-venue quotes and spreads after fees.
  • Portfolio — DCA, target weights and rebalancing.
  • DeFi — collateral, debt, liquidity positions and rewards.
  • Staking — accrued rewards, reinvestment and withdrawal stages.

Connect your non-custodial wallet through WalletConnect, then set up your agent. Exchange APIs can be added in settings. Your private keys stay in your wallet.

Wallet connection

Three steps to get started.

Describe your task. Connect your wallet, then choose the assets, budget and actions for your agent.

Choose your task

Trading, arbitrage, portfolio, DeFi or staking — or a task of your own.

Connect your wallet

Use WalletConnect and confirm the connection in your wallet app or extension.

Configure your agent

Choose assets, trade sizes and limits. Exchange APIs can be added inside settings.

Put your crypto strategy into words.

Five ways to turn a question into a calculation, a plan or an automated wallet action.

Size the trade before you enter.

Analyze Spot and Futures positions, define entry, Stop-Loss and Take-Profit, and calculate position size from your risk budget.

  • Market analysis

Trends, support and resistance, price and volume on your chosen timeframe. News with its source and publication time.

  • Position size & risk

Calculate quantity, notional value and risk/reward from the entry, stop and risk budget. Include fees and slippage.

  • Entries, exits & Futures

Define entry and exit levels. For Futures, track margin, leverage, liquidation price and funding separately.

  • Trade history & P&L

Compare planned and filled prices, fees, realized P&L and the position that remains open.

Set up this agent
You:

ETH/USDT: entry 3,200, Stop-Loss 3,150, Take-Profit 3,300. Capital: 1,000 USDT, risk: 1%. Calculate the position size.

Atly AI

The position size is 0.20 ETH. That is 640 USDT at the entry price.

Here is the calculation:

  • Risk per trade — 1,000 × 1% = 10 USDT.
  • Distance to the stop — 3,200 − 3,150 = 50 USDT per ETH.
  • Position size — 10 ÷ 50 = 0.20 ETH.
  • At Stop-Loss — −10 USDT before costs.
  • At Take-Profit — +20 USDT before costs. Risk/reward: 1:2.

Fees and slippage are not included. Actual loss depends on the fill price and costs.

Your wallet. Your agent.

Start with WalletConnect and your own wallet. Configure your agent after connecting; exchange APIs can be added inside the app.

  1. Choose a task

Pick a direction or continue without a strategy. You can refine the task during setup.

  2. Connect with WalletConnect

Review the request in your wallet app or extension and confirm the account and network.

  3. Configure your agent

Choose assets, budgets and automation rules. Add exchange APIs in settings when needed.

On desktop, review the request in your wallet extension or phone. On mobile, return to ATLY after confirming in your wallet.

How do I connect and set up an agent?

Atly AI

Start with your wallet. ATLY uses WalletConnect for the initial connection.

  • Choose a task — trading, arbitrage, portfolio, DeFi or staking. You can describe your own task.
  • Connect your wallet — select it in WalletConnect and confirm the request in your wallet app or extension.
  • Configure your agent — choose assets, conditions, budget and permissions. Review them before starting.

Exchange APIs are added afterwards in settings. The agent works through your non-custodial wallet.

Example ATLY response
Networks
You:

Balance: 600 USDT. Reserve: 100. Agent budget: 500; up to 50 per swap, max slippage 0.5%. What needs checking?

Atly AI

Every condition must pass before a swap. The reserve is excluded from the agent’s budget.

  • Budget — no more than 500 USDT for the strategy.
  • Swap size — no more than 50 USDT per operation.
  • Slippage — no more than 0.5%.
  • Reserve — at least 100 USDT remaining after the swap and costs.
  • Assets and permissions — only the assets and actions selected in settings.

If costs would bring the reserve below 100 USDT, the swap does not pass the check. Network costs also need available funds.

Keep the size, cost and outcome of each action visible.

Allocation & reserves

Choose the strategy’s assets, cap its allocation and keep a reserve outside that budget.

Size & execution costs

Set the amount per action, maximum slippage and a cost cap before starting.

FAQ

Connection, configuration and the details behind each strategy.

What happens after I connect my wallet?

Choose a task, assets, budget and limits, then review the agent’s actions. Exchange APIs can be added in settings after wallet connection. The agent operates through your non-custodial wallet; connecting alone does not start it.

Why does ATLY use WalletConnect?

WalletConnect connects a compatible wallet account to ATLY and lets you review requests in your wallet. It is the starting point for setup, not access to an exchange account or automatic permission to spend tokens.

Does a message to the AI start an operation?

No. It produces analysis or a proposed configuration. Review the assets, amounts and actions before enabling automation. The agent then follows that configuration; a chat response alone is not a transaction approval.

Is ATLY non-custodial?

You retain your wallet’s private keys. The agent acts within the access you authorize. Assets committed to DeFi or staking may be held in protocol contracts and follow their rules.

Which wallets and networks can I use?

The connection window shows available wallets. Networks and actions depend on the strategy and integration; check their combination during setup. WalletConnect support does not mean every wallet supports every network.

Which costs should I account for?

Trading fees, network fees and protocol charges depend on the operation. Review estimates before activation and actual costs in activity. For arbitrage, include both sides; for DeFi and staking, include any claim, reinvestment and withdrawal transactions.

How do I stop the agent or remove its access?

Pausing stops new automated actions. To remove access, revoke the relevant permission and wait for confirmation. Disconnecting ends the session without revoking every on-chain approval. Submitted transactions and existing positions must still be tracked.

Does ATLY guarantee returns?

No. An automated strategy can lose money. Prices, liquidity, costs and protocol behavior affect the result. An estimate, backtest or AI analysis does not guarantee a future outcome.
